All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
United Kingdom
Products purchased through the Fly website shall be sent within 2 working days unless it is otherwise stated in the description. If there is a reason for the delay in the sending of your order or the item has been discontinued you shall be contacted by a member of our sales team within 2 working days.
International:
For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom please allow for a delivery time of up to 10 working days. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the despatched product reaches the destination country.
Bespoke:
For bespoke orders and the estimated time of delivery shall be quoted upon your approval of your bespoke proof.
