• Please provide proof of purchase when returning a product. Most items are shipped within 2 working days via UPS.

• Return of a product is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, when Fly will refund the postage paid provided proof of the postage paid is supplied to Fly with the returned product.

• If the size of any product you have purchased from us is incorrect you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt.
