not great customer service

I didn’t receive my gift card days after ordering (even when my package had arrived) and had to email twice until i actually received it, no replying email or no sorry or nothing, this was bought as a gift. Last time i will be purchasing.

Delivery & Returns

We provide free delivery for all orders over £150 in the UK. For orders under £150, we charge a £4 delivery fee. 

We hope that you’ll love your items, but in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14-day returns/exchange policy.
