Use the portal to generate a return label or select a new size.
Pack Securely
Ensure the item is safely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Send Using Tracked Delivery
Use the provided shipping label or a prepaid, traceable service. Fly is not responsible for parcels lost without proof of delivery.
Refund or Exchange
Once received and approved, we'll process your refund (less shipping) or dispatch your exchange.
Returns not meeting the above conditions may be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
