Returns Policy

We hope that you’ll love your Fly items… but in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day returns/exchange policy. 

Full price & sales* items can be returned for a full refund less shipping within 14 days of receipt of the product. 

Returns/exchanges must be received in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging, tags and labels attached. Fly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards and will return the garments at the customer's own expense. 

We recommend using a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery. Fly takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

1.Check eligibility (within 14 days).
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

2.Have your details ready.
You’ll need your order number (include a “#”) and the email address used at checkout.

3.Start your return or exchange.
Visit our online returns portal and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Request an exchange.
Use the portal to create a return label or select a new size.

5.Pack your item securely.
Ensure the product is safely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

6.Send using tracked delivery.
We recommend a prepaid, traceable service. Fly is not responsible for parcels lost without proof of delivery.

7. Refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund (less shipping) or send your exchange.
